CONCILIATION COURT INFORMATION
COLLECTION PROCESS

Basic Steps To The Collection Process:

         1.      File Statement of Claim and Summons.
         2.      Depending on Statement of Claim and Summons,
                  serve Statement of Claim and Summons on
                  Defendant(s).
         3.      Go to Conciliation Court.
         4.      Receive Judgment.
         5.      Wait Appeal Period, Docket Judgment in District
                  Court (there is a fee for this).
         6.      Wait thirty (30) days, file Order for Disclosure.
         7.      Begin Garnishment Process.
