HISTORY

The firm of Miller Law Office, P.A. was formed by Mr. Miller in February, 1998.  Miller Law Office, P.A. currently consists of two (2) fully licensed attorneys and three (3) support personnel consisting of an office administrator/paralegal and two (2) legal secretaries.  The current location of the firm is in the Oak Point Business Center in the City of Wyoming, Minnesota.  The sole shareholder and president of the firm is Thomas F. Miller.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and by appointment.

The Miller Law Office, P.A. practices in all areas of general governmental/civil law and has a great deal of practical experience in the areas of land use, real estate, zoning, regulation enforcement, development transactions, employment law, ordinance drafting, interpretation, and enforcement, estate planning, probate, personal injury, wrongful death, civil litigation, business litigation, and criminal law.
