• Vince settled an inverse condemnation case for a landowner against the County for $150,000
• Vince settled five inverse condemnation cases against the County for a total of $410,000.
• Vince prevailed at the MN Court of Appeals, reversing the district court's dismissal of an inverse condemnation claim.
