Travis Stottler: |
Travis D. Stottler was born in Chisago City, Minnesota and
graduated from Forest Lake Senior High School in 1993. Mr.
Stottler has resided in Lino Lakes for the last three (3) years.
Prior to that, Mr. Stottler resided in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Mr. Stottler is a 1997 graduate of Augsburg College where he
studied political science and economics and graduated Summa Cum
Laude. Mr. Stottler is a 2000 graduate of the University of
Minnesota Law School where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Stottler
was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar Association in October of
2000.

Mr. Stottler has been an attorney with the firm of Fryberger,
Buchanan, Smith & Frederick which is located in Duluth, MN. While
at Fryberger, Mr. Stottler focused his practice on commercial
transactions and general business law, including, commercial real
estate, entity formation and contract review and drafting.
Mr. Stottler has also been an attorney with Schwartz, Stottler &
Dean, P.A. which is located in Chanhassen, Minnesota. While at
Schwartz, Stottler & Dean, P.A., Mr. Stottler focused his practice
primarily on litigation, representing clients in civil and
criminal cases, family law matters and personal injury cases. Mr.
Stottler helped represent a major retail manufacturer in a case
against a Wisconsin municipality that resulted in nearly a million
dollar jury verdict in favor of his client.
Mr. Stottler joined the Miller Law Office, P.A. in April of 2003
and since that time has handled the Firm’s litigation practice,
including a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. Mr.
Stottler has made frequent court appearances and has successfully
handled motions, as well as prevailing in numerous court trials,
jury trials and arbitration hearings. Mr. Stottler continues to
represent a variety of business clients and individuals in various
matters including, business litigation, employment litigation,
family law and criminal defense. He also handles a variety of
commercial transactions which involve real estate, contract review
and drafting.
In addition, Mr. Stottler has experience representing
municipalities in commercial transactions, as well as in
litigation matters. He recently represented the City of Wyoming
with respect to the Polaris facility project which is currently
under construction. Mr. Stottler has successfully represented
cities in arbitration hearings and unemployment compensation
hearings. Mr. Stottler has dealt with a wide variety of municipal
issues, including, defending against unemployment claims, handling
and advising on personnel matters, unlawful termination cases and
attending city council meetings.
